Support
DeLand One is a local guide to DeLand, Florida — events, places, news, weather alerts and City Hall information — built and run by Ember Development Studios, LLC.
Contact us
Email support@emberdevstudios.com and a person will reply, usually within one business day. Tell us what you were doing, which page or screen you were on, and whether you were using the app or the website.
Quick answers
Ask Stan, DeLand One’s AI assistant, can find events, places, deals, hours and directions, and explain how anything in the app works. He is an AI, so double-check anything important — and email us whenever you would rather talk to a person.
